Identity and operating checks
Atlas reviews the school’s identity, official contact details, operating location, representatives, and available public or supplied records. Review depth varies by jurisdiction and available evidence.
- School and representative identity
- Campus and contact information
- Role authorization and hiring contact
- Consistency across submitted and public information
Role and contract clarity
We look for specific job duties, campus, subject, age group, hours, compensation approach, benefits, probation, and termination terms. Material gaps are raised before a role is approved.
Visa, safeguarding, and onboarding
Schools are asked to explain the lawful work authorization pathway, document responsibilities, safeguarding expectations, arrival support, payroll setup, and escalation contacts. Educators must still confirm current legal requirements with official authorities.
Ongoing accountability
Verification can be reviewed, suspended, or removed when information changes or credible concerns arise. Atlas considers documented teacher feedback and gives schools an opportunity to clarify factual issues.
