We process information users provide, account and authentication data, application activity, school submissions, communications, and basic technical records. We use it to deliver accounts, matching, applications, safety review, support, security, and legal compliance.

Sharing and service providers

Information may be shared with approved schools as part of a user-directed hiring workflow and with service providers that support hosting, authentication, databases, and communications. We do not describe teacher profiles as public data.

Retention, security, and rights

Records are retained only as reasonably needed for the service, safety, disputes, and legal obligations. Reasonable safeguards reduce risk but no online system is risk-free. Users may request access, correction, or deletion through the contact page.

International use and changes

International recruitment can involve cross-border processing. Applicable rights depend on location. Material policy changes will be posted here with an updated date.
